Lance Perry

I am an operations-focused manager with a background in retail leadership, manufacturing, and small business ownership. My career spans military service and more than a decade managing store operations and teams at The Home Depot, followed by leadership roles in a manufacturing and collision-repair business.

As Owner/Manager of S&L Lavender Farm, LLC, I designed and created the company, managed farming operations, product manufacturing, sales, and handled bookkeeping and accounting. Previously I progressed through roles at The Home Depot from garden associate to Assistant Store Manager and Depot Captain, developing people leadership and operational execution skills.

My early career includes honorable military experience as an Airborne Ranger in the U.S. Army, where I developed discipline, problem solving, and leadership under pressure. In the collision-repair business I served as estimator, production manager, and general manager, overseeing production and operational workflows.

I bring a blend of hands-on farming and manufacturing experience, retail and store leadership, and formal management study. I focus on operational excellence, clear communication, and building teams that meet and exceed customer and company expectations.
