Deployed 26 EMC NAS devices, replacing legacy Windows servers and enabling local data restoration and replication to regional data centers, while leading a global storage team. Engineered McAfee infrastructure for 6,000+ devices, designed and deployed three ePO servers, and managed EMC Rainfinity FMA (CTA) data archiving.

Assigned to FirstEnergy Corporation, worked in the Network Services department as a Systems Analyst. Responsibilities included performing duties as a Novell administrator migrating legacy Novell servers to NetWare 5 NDS tree, and serving as on-call engineer supporting both NetWare and Windows environments.

Managed all technical staff, assigning daily tasks and delegating assignments to on-site clients' locations. Served as Senior Pre-sales Engineer and Account Manager for eight major clients, consulting on present and future needs and implementing solutions with emphasis on file and email servers.
