I've built and supported enterprise infrastructure for Diversified, Newtek Business Services, Telesis, Engility Corporation, and General Dynamics. My work spans VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, networking, systems integration, and mission-critical production operations.

At Newtek Business Services, I engineered and maintained corporate, customer, web-hosting, and MSP infrastructure as the senior escalation point for Tier 3 production issues. I drove modernization, migrations, upgrades, and server consolidation that improved reliability and delivered more than $230K in recurring server and licensing savings.

At Diversified, I developed multimillion-dollar technical designs for Real Time Crime Centers and control centers serving oil and power clients, including Cisco configurations, ROMs, BOMs, and implementation documentation.

I've also supported military and enterprise environments across the United States, Iraq, and Afghanistan, maintaining systems essential to operational readiness. I bring hands-on experience in virtualization, identity administration, patching, backup and recovery, monitoring, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
