What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to manage software and digital transformation projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, requirements, delivery, and process improvement.

At TransTec Services, I managed end-to-end software implementation projects, translating client requirements into shared technical activities and coordinating backend, frontend, Android/iOS, and QA teams through release.

I'm currently an IS Audit Analyst at BDO Italia, where I use Excel and Power BI to analyze data and processes, assess ITGC controls, identify operational risks, and prepare reporting for audit activities and stakeholders.

I've also supported Agile software delivery at G&O and coordinated a Computer Vision and Smart Glasses pilot project with an Italian university. I bring a structured approach spanning project planning, stakeholder management, business analysis, and digital transformation.
