I focus on IT Governance and Enterprise Architecture, leading the evaluation and approval of new IT solutions within the Enterprise Architecture team. I support the management and coordination of IT transformation initiative activities while aligning delivery with project objectives and timelines.
I help the business define project requirements and analyze technical and functional specifications. I also engage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance, and I coordinate and supervise IT team activities to keep priorities on track.
Previously, I worked as a Junior Project Manager, participating across the project lifecycle—from kick-off meetings and requirements review to progress monitoring and continuous improvement. I managed Jira dashboards for projects executed using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
