At Perficient, I coach executive sponsors and leaders across teams for global clients on priorities, roadmaps, team health, and success metrics. I’m also a line manager to six direct reports and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Scrum of Scrums leads in their growth and leadership.
At Black Hat Consulting, I built change frameworks, playbooks, and maturity assessments for clients, and applied ADKAR to diagnose adoption barriers and co-design change plans. I also led an organizational redesign into tribes and squads, owning portfolio, OKRs, and capacity for teams.
My work draws on experience leading teams and change, coaching leaders, and designing learning programs. As a Scrum Inc. Trainer, I trained professionals and reduced certification costs from about $2,000 to about $50 per person, saving 100M+ CLP. I focus on helping people build trust and turn insight into action.
