I build AI, digital, and enterprise transformation roadmaps for financial institutions across LatAm and the US. My work connects strategic vision to governed, business-led delivery with measurable productivity and simplification gains.

At Wells Fargo, I led enterprise change portfolios across the Chief Administrative Office and Corporate & Investment Banking, managing six-plus concurrent workstreams across risk, compliance, technology, and operations. I established governance forums, executive dashboards, and process engineering initiatives spanning more than 200 complex business functions.

Previously, I directed Bank of America's enterprise operational resilience program against Federal Reserve and OCC expectations. At EY and Accenture, I delivered technology transformation, core banking, regulatory technology, audit, and large-scale transformation engagements for regulated clients.

I'm currently advancing an independent advisory practice focused on multiyear AI roadmaps, operating model redesign, and go-to-market strategy for small businesses. I bring 15+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, multimillion-dollar programs, and strategic conversations with C-suite stakeholders.
