I’m a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience turning complex user and business challenges into clear, actionable product solutions. I’ve grown from a UI-focused designer into a product-driven contributor, especially when working in ambiguous environments.

At MOOVO (Rybit), I acted as the sole designer and proactively filled critical gaps across product, design, and communication. I identified inefficiencies in maintenance and dispatch workflows, improved internal operational efficiency across teams, and helped increase daily bike usage during peak demand periods. I conducted user interviews and behavioral observations to uncover insights that led to more intuitive, streamlined user flows.

I also partner cross-functionally to scale design systems and strengthen outcomes—working with marketing to improve conversion rates and support brand consistency post-launch. Previously, at Ovomedia creative inc., I optimized TV OS and e-commerce UX by improving navigation, leading usability testing, and defining information architecture and user flows to reduce friction.
