I’m looking for a full-time remote role in project coordination or implementation support—supporting customer onboarding and operations with structured training, clear communication, and reliable follow-through on timelines, documentation, and delivery.

I’m an operations and project coordination professional with 10+ years of experience across estimating, business operations, customer service, vendor coordination, scheduling, documentation, and team leadership. I’m currently pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science, expected May 2027.

In my current role as an Estimator/Quotations Specialist, I prepare 35–40+ quotations daily for projects valued from $5,000 to $100,000+. I review drawings and specifications, clarify scope and timelines with customers/designers/vendors/production teams, and track quote status and project details using Excel, CRM systems, and QuickBooks.

Previously, as Owner & General Manager of a full-service restaurant, I built repeatable operating procedures for daily operations, opening/closing tasks, supply ordering, staffing, and service quality. I managed payroll, scheduling, inventory, expense tracking, and operational reporting, while staying consistent in a fast-paced customer experience environment.

I also bring hands-on event operations coordination experience, supporting weddings and corporate/cultural programs from planning through execution—managing vendors, budgets, contracts, schedules, and day-of logistics. I’m seeking a full-time remote role in project coordination or implementation support, with structured training as I transition further into technical support and onboarding.
