I’m looking for a role where I can combine administrative support with strong guest service—managing schedules, communication, and day-to-day operations with discretion, efficiency, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

I’m a dedicated and reliable professional with a background in hospitality and personal assistance, focused on excellent customer service and administrative support. I’m known for efficiency, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

In my current role as a Personal Assistant at Camtastic Philippines Corp. (November 2025–Present), I manage schedules, meetings, and appointments, handle calls, emails, and correspondence, and prepare documents and reports. I also arrange travel and itineraries, support daily tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain confidentiality while coordinating with clients.

Previously, as a Front Desk Associate at bai Hotel Cebu (February 2024–November 2025), I managed daily check-ins/check-outs, scheduled appointments, and maintained detailed records. As a Lobby Ambassadress, Butler, and Telephone Operator (cross-trained), I ensured guest comfort, responded to personalized guest requests, handled wake-up calls and inquiries, and managed call transfers.

Before that, I worked as a Housekeeper at Hotel Del Sur – Kabankalan City (August 2021–July 2023), where I maintained cleanliness and order in private residences/hotels/offices by thoroughly cleaning rooms, common areas, and bathrooms. I restocked supplies, maintained inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, and ensured proper storage and availability.
