I’m a creative tech-enthusiast with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Management Information Systems. I specialize in UI/UX design research and development, and I bring a total of 12 months internship experience delivering innovative final products that create great user experiences.

In consulting, I’ve mapped end-to-end processes across multiple business lines and built AIDAR journeys spanning 30+ touchpoints to align stakeholders. I translate operational issues into CRM requirements by consolidating 40+ pain points into CRM themes, defining MVP modules, and specifying integrations—while also building enablement and roadmaps to drive adoption.

I’ve also supported predictive maintenance procurement by mapping compliance frameworks into a structured risk model, delivering mitigation architecture that reduced potential procurement delays by ~30%. Through data maturity assessments and an IT Master Plan, I shaped capability improvement initiatives and designed training modules for 300+ stakeholders on Data Governance, Personal Data Protection, and IT governance practices.
