I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end business analysis for AI and digital transformation, translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements/metrics, and drive measurable impact with strong data, platform, and delivery collaboration.

I’m a Technology Consultant and Business Analyst who helps teams turn business needs into measurable outcomes—especially across AI-powered solutions, digital transformation, and data-driven platforms. Most recently, I lead presales business analysis for AI and digital transformation projects, including defining requirements, intent flows, and business metrics for an AI chatbot that delivered an 80% increase in support process efficiency.

Previously at PwC South East Asia Consulting, I spearheaded platform and content management for Indonesia’s OECD accession platform using Microsoft SharePoint, PowerShell, Power BI, and Power Automate—developing 26+ sites and 200+ pages supporting 60+ ministries/agencies, and completing the work one month ahead of schedule. I also led a QA stream for core banking funding functionalities (12+), managed 3 SQA members, and achieved 100% UAT completion with zero defects while designing scenarios and coordinating stakeholder delivery.
