What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a healthcare operations or quality role where I can improve patient flow, discharge TAT, accreditation readiness, and service delivery through data-led process improvement and cross-functional coordination.

I've improved insurance discharge turnaround time at Yashoda Hospitals, reducing average TAT from 26 hours to 5 hours through time-motion study, gap analysis, SOP design, and daily tracking.

During my hospital operations internship, I supported patient flow across admissions, billing, discharge, insurance desks, and TPAs in a 2,000-bed multi-specialty tertiary care hospital. My clinical BDS foundation helps me coordinate credibly with consultants, nursing, billing, and administration teams.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management and bring Six Sigma Green Belt certification, NABH internal-auditor training, and hands-on quality improvement experience. I've also process-mapped ICU workflows at SUHRC and developed recommendations to improve readiness, throughput, and patient experience.

Rotated across In-Patient, Admissions, Billing and Discharge units of a 2000-bed multi-specialty tertiary care hospital, supporting daily patient flow. Coordinated with insurance desks and TPAs on pre-authorisations, queries, denials and final clearances, following up on approximately 200 cases per day to enable same-day admissions and discharges.
