What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to an organization's growth by applying and expanding my hospital operations, patient experience, quality, and healthcare management skills while continuously learning and achieving professional excellence.

I've managed day-to-day hospital operations at Yashoda Hospital and Cancer Institute, coordinating clinical and support services, ward and ICU rounds, admissions, bed allocation, transfers, and patient discharges.

I support patient experience through CRM documentation, OPD/IPD follow-ups, feedback coordination, and counselling patients and attendants on treatment plans, DAMA, DOPR, and discharge procedures.
