I’m a Finance Operations Specialist with experience since 2019 supporting full-cycle Accounts Receivable in high-volume, structured, and remote environments. I focus on order-to-cash execution—invoice monitoring, payment tracking, reconciliation support, and customer account management across international accounts.

I’ve built a strong foundation in cash application support, including payment follow-ups, discrepancy resolution, and financial records maintenance. In my roles, I help ensure accounts stay accurate through AR inbox/email support, clear customer communication, and timely account adjustments.

I’m systems-driven and comfortable working inside ERP and CRM environments. I’ve used QuickBooks Online and supported day-to-day operations with SAP exposure, Microsoft Dynamics 365 exposure, NetSuite exposure, plus Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, and strong Microsoft Excel workflows.

Across structured AR processes and regulated customer finance support, I’m known for accuracy, prioritization, and attention to detail under strict deadlines. I enjoy partnering with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, maintain compliance with documentation standards, and keep month-end and administrative finance tasks moving.
