I’m looking for a team where I can streamline accounts receivable and payments with advanced Excel and ERP tools, strengthen reconciliations and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and scale accounting operations.

I’m an Accounting professional with more than a decade of experience establishing best accounting practices and proactively removing roadblocks so accounting can scale with the company. I manage projects at each stage with diligence—checking details, testing assumptions, and keeping processes accurate under high-volume workflows.

In my current role as an Account Receivable Specialist, I apply customer payments exactly to the appropriate invoices, maintain detailed spreadsheet documentation for deposits and journal entries, and research or resolve unapplied payments and payment discrepancies. Previously, as an Accounting Staff / Credit & Collection specialist, I owned daily cash management, invoice and billing workflows, A/R aging and reconciliations, credit memos and refunds, and monthly bank reconciliation—along with supporting accounts payable tasks like posting transactions, processing invoices, preparing vouchers, and ensuring tax/audit accuracy.
