What I'm looking for

I’m looking to provide reliable, accurate, customer-focused support to travel businesses, independent travel consultants, and international clients in a remote work environment.

At DOS Travels, I assist clients with travel inquiries, ticketing, and travel arrangements. I research options based on clients’ needs and use Travefy, WeTravel, and Ezus for travel planning and itinerary management.

I also use Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and Trip.com to research travel and accommodation options. I communicate with clients through messaging platforms to respond to inquiries, share updates, and coordinate requests.

At the Department of Social Welfare and Development, I assisted with beneficiary profiling, data encoding, and records management. I used Microsoft Excel to cross-check information and help verify missing records involving more than 800 beneficiaries.
