What I'm looking for

I seek a role that fosters collaboration and innovation in nutrition education, with opportunities for research and community engagement.

As a licensed nutritionist and dedicated nutrition science education professional, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field. My qualifications include certificates in Holistic Nutrition, Wellness Coaching, and Plant-Based Nutrition, along with being a board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner. I am currently a PhD candidate in Nutrition Science at the University of Kentucky, where I focus on the implementation of whole-food, plant-based dietary interventions for chronic disease prevention and reversal.

Throughout my career, I have developed and facilitated nutrition workshops and educational programs, reaching diverse audiences from school children to healthcare professionals. My research interests lie in understanding the determinants and process of implementing evidence-based nutrition into practice and the evolutionary underpinnings of a whole-food, plant-based diet approach. I am passionate about empowering individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles through informed dietary choices and effective nutrition education.
