I seek a role where I can apply integrative nutrition knowledge to create evidence-based, client-centered programs, teach or counsel diverse populations, and contribute to community or clinical health initiatives.

I am a nutrition professional with graduate training in integrative, whole-foods based nutrition and a background in food science. I combine evidence-based research, personalized diet planning, and client behavioral counseling to design practical, sustainable nutrition programs and content.

I have experience across clinical nutrition, community programs, research assistance, and freelance food development, including certified pastry work focused on low-sugar and gluten-free recipes.
