I’m looking for a role where I can use operational data, KPI/SLA monitoring, and Power BI to drive measurable improvements—improving OTP, compliance, and customer experience—while collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen processes and performance.

I am an analytical and action-driven Business Analyst with 3 years of experience in Aviation Management and airport operations. As an Operational Business Analyst of Air India SATS Airport Service Private Limited (Kempegowda International Airport-Bengaluru), I support multi-department performance across Ramp, Customer Service, Integrated Operations, GSE Maintenance, Procurement, Facilities, Learning and training, and HR.

I monitor KPIs and SLAs for Business Unit leadership, translate operational data into actionable reporting, and drive improvements in customer experience. I track Ground Handling delays, safety incidents, baggage delivery time, and visa/compliance violations—driving root-cause analysis with CAPA, stakeholder coordination, and corrective actions to strengthen OTP, SLA adherence, and regulatory compliance.

I lead operational excellence through process audits, gap identification, and performance enhancement measures. I facilitate business unit-level performance reviews, represent the BLR station in C-Suite level discussions, and submit consolidated reports to the CEO, while aligning departments to strategic and financial goals.

I was promoted within one year for consistently exceeding performance and quality standards, and I served as a Brand Ambassador for Air India and Vistara. I also lead and support initiatives such as “Aarambh – A New Beginning,” AISATS BLR Logistics Park coordination, and a time motion study for wheelchair optimization and baggage delivery—bringing structured analytics, strong coordination, and customer service excellence to every outcome.
