What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote systems administration or L2 support role with an MSP or distributed team, where I can manage Microsoft 365, infrastructure, backups, networks and user support.

I run the ICT environment for Catholic Church Health Services’ national office and diocesan health facilities, covering servers, networks, Microsoft 365, endpoints, backups and helpdesk operations.

In 2026, I led the migration from an openSUSE/Samba file server to Windows Server 2025 on Hyper-V, moving 26 users with no data loss. I also deployed Sophos firewall and SSL VPN services, Veeam backups with encrypted offsite copies, and a GLPI helpdesk integrated with Active Directory.

I’ve built health information systems used across 260+ facilities, delivered Microsoft 365 and web solutions, and founded Floyd Media PNG to provide hosting, custom software, Microsoft 365 solutions and event AV. I document systems clearly, train non-technical staff, and can operate effectively as the technical lead on site.
