I’m looking for a role where I can own network and server support end-to-end—troubleshooting, administration, and user training—while working with a team that values reliability, clear requirements, and practical problem-solving under pressure.

I’m an ICT Systems Administrator and Network Support Specialist with 8+ years of experience delivering technical support, network maintenance, server administration, and user training across aviation, education, corporate, and ICT service environments. I’m known for reliability, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

In my current role as ICT Systems Administrator at Virtual Flex Solutions (04/2025–Current), I collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope, aligning business needs with technical solutions. I’ve improved system performance through innovative engineering and optimization, while providing systems administration, user support, and network troubleshooting across multiple business units.

Previously, as a Network Technician with Asia Pacific Communication Specialists (06/2021–09/2024), I supported client sites across Port Moresby, including CAT5/CAT6 cabling, network installations, and troubleshooting. I handled hands-on server administration and backup routines, configured Mikrotik routers, Wi‑Fi access points, radio links, AirFiber, and sector dish internet links, and installed/maintained IT equipment such as IP cameras and CCTV—building a consistent track record of dependable, service-focused delivery.
