Jerry Kaino

I am an experienced Data Management Officer with a strong background in information technology, health data management, and statistical reporting. I excel at maintaining secure databases, ensuring data integrity, and turning raw data into actionable insights for program decision-making.

In my current role at Christian Health Services PNG I collect, clean, validate and analyze health data, produce dashboards and reports, and support implementation of the electronic National Health Information System (eNHIS). I also provide training and mentorship to facility staff and data clerks to strengthen data quality across agencies.

Previously I supported COVID-19 surveillance and data entry at the National Control Centre and worked as a community mobilizer for public health advocacy, compiling field data and supporting digital reporting. I bring hands-on experience with data systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing data privacy practices.

I am collaborative, client-oriented, and committed to capacity building and continuous improvement. I seek to contribute my technical skills and field experience to roles that strengthen data-driven decision-making for social and health development initiatives.
