Renier John Arciaga

I am an experienced Administrative Officer with over four years supporting DepEd Cebu City Division and eight years handling customer complaints at Author Solutions Inc. I combine personnel administration, property custodianship, and strong customer-relations expertise to deliver accurate and efficient solutions.

In my current role I manage personnel administration tasks, assist in recruitment and selection, facilitate promotions and performance management, and conduct L&D activities. I also serve as School Property Custodian, maintaining inventories, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring proper storage and distribution of supplies.

Previously, I handled escalation calls for royalty issues, refunds, cancellations, and other complaints, investigated issues, drafted responses for the Better Business Bureau, and coordinated resolutions with middle management. Those responsibilities strengthened my investigation, complaint-resolution, and written-communication skills.

I bring proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, CRM and complaint management, plus experience in business correspondence, event planning, and educational leadership. I seek roles where I can apply administrative rigor and customer-focused problem solving to improve processes and service delivery.
