At MUA, I work as a Senior Claim Consultant, investigating and resolving insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
I establish proof of loss by reviewing documentation and gathering additional information from outside sources. I assess the legitimacy and value of claims and make informed settlement decisions.
I also identify potential fraud or abuse and take appropriate action. I provide guidance to junior claims consultants and share best practices to improve team performance.
Previously, I worked in claims roles at AIB Insurance Brokers, Regent Insurance, and Prestasie Insurance Brokers and Statsure. I’m FAIS Compliant and hold RE 5.
