What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate patients or learners with empathy and accuracy, using my scheduling, triage, careful data capturing, and IT/creative skills to support teams and improve outcomes.

I coordinated patient support with a focus on empathy, prioritizing urgent care and meticulous record-keeping. From handling calls for UK GP practices on behalf of the NHS to scheduling appointments, I worked to ensure sensitive information was captured accurately and securely.

Alongside healthcare coordination, I developed strong teaching and leadership capabilities as an EFL Teacher. I planned and delivered 22 hours of lessons per week across multiple schools, managed 20+ students with co-teachers, and built bespoke curricula by identifying students’ learning needs.

I’ve also supported content operations as a Creative Content Administrator, curating and editing images and videos, and managing timely uploads to a company database. I bring clear communication, problem-solving, and reliable administration, with a personal interest in creative writing, video editing, gaming, travel, and TTRPGs.
