What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support role where I can resolve inquiries, communicate professionally with clients, learn new systems, and contribute to organised, reliable customer experiences.

I've supported daily customer communication in the Entrepreneurship Mentorship and Coaching Programme, resolving inquiries promptly, maintaining client relationships, and handling accurate financial records across WhatsApp and online marketplace channels.

My experience also includes quality-checking and tracking submissions at Wilsken Agencies Ltd, as well as organising research data with a 12-member team at Hatchile Consult Ltd. I'm comfortable using Zendesk, Zoho Desk, live chat tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to keep customer support and records organised.
