I seek leadership roles in children's ministry or faith-based education that prioritize inclusive, trauma-informed programming, community engagement, and opportunities to develop curricula and partnerships for lasting social impact.

I am a progressive Christian educator and ministry leader with advanced theological training and extensive experience designing inclusive faith-based programs for children, families, and communities. I have led educational initiatives, managed budgets and logistics, and developed trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming spaces that foster growth and belonging.

My background includes roles as director, program manager, community organizer, and educator where I coordinated volunteers, implemented data-driven student support strategies, and scaled outreach efforts across schools and community organizations.
