I’m a Senior Technology Recruiter specializing in end-to-end talent acquisition for high-scarcity technical roles. I collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and ensure candidate alignment with business goals.

In my current role, I lead full-cycle recruitment across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data/AI, and Cybersecurity. I manage deep-web headhunting and proactive sourcing to maintain a pipeline of top-caliber tech professionals for specialized clients.

I build trust-based relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and I’m hands-on from proactive engagement through complex offer negotiations and onboarding. I also support management reporting and high-level client presentations with data-backed recruitment insights.

Before this, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist managing the full recruitment cycle for diverse IT and non-IT roles while maintaining placement quality and meeting strict hiring targets. I administered targeted technical and written assessments and delivered recruitment analytics updates to management for transparency in the hiring process.
