What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven professional with 5 years of experience in banking relationship management and project leadership at a private sector bank, supported by 3 years in product management within the diagnostics industry and 2 years in pharmaceutical sales. I’m known for leading teams, driving revenue growth, and improving processes through data-driven analysis.
In my most recent banking role, I managed a team of 8 Privilege Bankers to deliver CASA and fee-based targets. I grew CASA through targeted customer engagement programs, reduced customer attrition and dormancy through proactive relationship building, and led acquisition of new accounts while strengthening capability through coaching and role-play training.
I’ve also led project and operations initiatives, including implementation of “Chrysalis,” a wealth management proposition modeled by McKinsey, and the development of the Integra system to enable client-centric relationship management. Alongside this, I directed process orientation initiatives such as Invest@Ease, deal entry, and customer profiling, and delivered RM training on processes, systems, and daily operating routines.
After a planned career break devoted to family responsibilities, I’m now returning to the workforce with a leadership mindset and a strong analytical toolkit.
