I've supported residents at Carmi Manor through certified nursing assistance, medical records, business office management, and human resources work. I provide daily living support, monitor vital signs, maintain resident records, manage insurance calls and trust funds, and help residents access Medicaid and other insurance.

I've also provided in-home caregiving, coordinated appointments and medication schedules, and built trusting relationships with clients and families. My background includes payroll, hiring, employee services, retail merchandising, and customer-facing administrative work, and I enjoy learning new things.
