US company (software, cloud, SaaS, AI). B2B prospecting platform for US agencies, in commercial validation: designed the data collection and qualification system (8 orchestrated bots, company sources, intent-signal aggregation and freshness), a repository of thousands of agencies with contact enrichment, quality control and human review of ambiguous cases, outbound sequences via Instantly.

Home-services marketplace in Morocco (hirafy.ma). Co-lead product & tech; built the Expo / React Native app: FR/AR i18n with RTL, push, LiveKit voice calls, Ably real-time, StoreKit in-app subscriptions. Android release hardening, App Store compliance, web-to-mobile parity roadmap. Development driven with Claude Code. Web platform (Next.js) built by my co-founder.

Banking platform, multi-squad SAFe organisation. Technical referent for several squads, leading design cycles. Co-defined and delivered the redesign of an event-driven Kafka microservices platform.
