Rebekah Rhodes

I am a strategic communication professional with hands-on management experience in retail operations and community management. I hold a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and multiple BBA concentrations that support my leadership and operational skills.

At Walgreens-Boots Alliance I serve as an Emerging Store Manager, where I train and coach staff, oversee pharmacy-related advisory tasks, and develop policies and inventory acquisition strategies. I focus on ensuring operational efficiency and contractual compliance with external suppliers.

During a Community Management internship I shadowed corporate leaders, collaborated with store managers, and toured facilities to design employee-facing programs that improved store-level supervision and performance. I also supported recruitment and outreach efforts as Social Media Manager for a Division I university marching band.

I combine quantitative research methodology, strong organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAS software to drive improvements in processes, communications, and team development.
