What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I combine my knowledge of the legal, compliance and industries to use.

I’m a Claims Handler III focused on complex/large insurance losses, guiding claims from compliance through resolution. I manage employees in the manager’s absence, oversee audits of team files, and support processing of complex claims through biweekly team discussions.

I strengthen outcomes by combining daily insurance policy analysis with contractual and statutory compliance. I handle subrogation cases and coordinate litigation activity including mediations, depositions, and settlement conferences as a corporate representative, while leading operational programs like the Deductible Buyback Claims Program and oversight of catastrophe deployments.
