During my 12-month IT Learnership with Multichoice South Africa at Pendula Group, I used Microsoft Office for business and administrative tasks and gained hands-on digital workplace experience. As an AuPair, I supported a child’s homework and educational activities, managed daily routines, and communicated with parents about progress and needs.
