I’m currently advancing expertise through my Tourism Management qualification at UNISA, complemented by certifications in TEFL, digital marketing, and culinary arts. In my Horticulture Intern role at Wild Impact, I enhanced plant growth by implementing proper pruning techniques and providing optimal nutrient management. I also delivered outstanding customer service by professionally addressing plant care and maintenance queries, while managing stock levels, monitoring growing conditions, and ensuring quality control standards were met.
