I see myself as a dedicated, trustworthy and reliable person who strives towards achieving the best, especially in a highly confidential environment. I bring a strong communication foundation—excellent listening and verbal communication—paired with interpersonal skills, organizing skills, and facilitation skills that help me coordinate people and move projects forward.

In my role at Tshwane University of Technology, I served as a Student Mentor Lead, managing tasks and leading a team of five first-year students to ensure the academic project was completed on time. I acted as a liaison between students and faculty by communicating project updates and resolving issues, and in the same organization I supported first-year adjustment through my Resident Guide work—providing guidance on campus and ensuring students respected residence policies and procedures.

I also build capability through hands-on preparation, including software trainings in Galileo, Fares, Opera, Summit, Quicktrav and Tour, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, emails, and internet research—so I can report clearly, stay organized, and respond effectively under pressure.
