What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Customer Support, Technical Support L1, Content Operations, or Community Support role where I can use clear communication, practical troubleshooting, content administration, and independent project-based work.

I've administered and moderated Telegram-based content for Kapitsa Phystech-Lyceum Technopark's Mayak Kapitsy media project, planning, editing, publishing, and organizing educational and event materials.

In Q4 2025, I coordinated press-kit preparation and media outreach for Technopark events. I drafted and distributed announcements, handled journalist correspondence and invitations, and supported press attendance and coverage.

At IMA Consulting, I produced and edited social-media content for the 2023 Russia-Africa Summit communications project, including digital engagement mechanics and online flashmob concepts.

I'm comfortable with user-facing communication, content moderation, research, spreadsheets, Telegram administration, and Linux Fedora setup and troubleshooting. I work independently in remote, project-based environments and bring a practical, detail-conscious approach to communication.
