I've built people and operations foundations for fast-growing technology companies, most recently leading operations at Red Buffer across business development, administration, resource planning, and internal systems.

At Red Buffer, I built the Upwork business development function from scratch, creating playbooks, proposal templates, SOPs, workflows, and quality standards. I recruited and trained the business development team, coordinated tailored client proposals with technical teams, and introduced Teamdeck for resource planning before transitioning ownership to a dedicated team.

Earlier, I established high-volume recruitment at Minerva as its first Talent Acquisition hire and managed global full-cycle hiring at PartnerHero across the Philippines, Brazil, and Germany. I also streamlined recruitment workflows using BambooHR and BreezyHR.

I've built HR and operational infrastructure from the ground up at Vodworks and CareAxiom, including policies, onboarding, payroll, procurement, performance reviews, and employer branding. My work has helped triple an engineering team at CareAxiom and double Vodworks' team within six months.
