At Snap Instruct, I built and shipped an AI Team Intelligence platform used by enterprise clients including Amazon, Sunbelt, and Bottega Veneta. It turns organizational tools and knowledge into automated operations and insights.

I built agentic systems that automate business operations and help teams make decisions, with MCP integrations for secure access to internal tools and business systems. I also implemented RAG over organizational knowledge and dynamic, on-demand UI generation.

To help ensure agent output was ready to ship, I built an LLM evaluation pipeline that scores results before release. I also led a migration to a modular architecture and built authentication and observability for enterprise deployments.

Before Snap Instruct, I worked across fintech, social platforms, education, and gaming. At Feels Dating, I reduced application latency by about 40% through changes to data access and application structure, and implemented end-to-end encryption for messaging.
