Building an agentic delivery harness for a London client's AI transformation, orchestrating agents that carry software work from PRD definition through specs to implementation. Developed an AI-powered customer dashboard for sales agents at a leading telecom operator in Southeast Asia, scaled nationwide to 80+ stores and 1,600+ daily active users.

Built a citation-grounded RAG system over a 100-page national strategy for a Gulf government entity, plus an LLM tool that assesses uploaded ministry strategies against a 7-factor framework. Engineered a pipeline that collects European companies' annual reports, extracts sustainability sections, and uses LLMs to answer assessment questions.

Built the national system used to collect and validate mandatory financial declarations submitted by every bank and financial institution in Algeria. Designed the validation engine that enforces structural and semantic correctness on submitted data, and delivered the reporting layer integrated with PowerBI Report Server.
