I’m looking for an environment where I can own server lifecycle and infrastructure reliability through CMDB/ITSM practices, strong incident/change management, and clear documentation—working with cross-functional teams on practical, Agile-driven service improvements.

I’m an IT Infrastructure Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in information technology, focused on server storage solutions and end-to-end lifecycle management—from leasing to decommissioning. I optimize infrastructure efficiency by coordinating decommissioning, maintaining documentation, and building strategic action plans that keep services dependable during transitions. I’m especially strong in Incident and Change Management, using Agile methodologies to prioritize issues and maintain high-performance dashboards.

I work confidently across multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) and CMDB configurations, aligning technical operations with business objectives to ensure seamless service transitions and organizational reliability.
