What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support, IT support, systems, or networking role where I can solve customer problems, build reliable PC and Linux environments, and continue working with self-hosted services and infrastructure.

I've provided independent IT and technical support services in Jakarta since 2020, helping customers choose, build, configure, repair, and upgrade PCs around their needs and budgets.

I troubleshoot hardware, software, driver, performance, and connectivity issues; set up Windows, BIOS/UEFI, applications, routers, Wi-Fi, cabling, and home or office networks; and provide clear remote and in-person follow-up support.

Previously, I managed Google Ads, SEO, web hosting, web servers, and backend systems. I also build and maintain Linux, Proxmox, Nextcloud, Jellyfin, private cloud, and self-hosted environments.
