I’m seeking the MNIT Enterprise Service Desk Analyst role to deliver exceptional 24/7 IT support, apply ITIL incident management, and improve first-call resolution for Minnesota state agency end-users.

I’m an IT support professional with 2+ years of hands-on enterprise service desk and end-user support experience, and a customer-first mindset backed by strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and telecommunications.

In my current role, I serve as a primary IT support contact—triaging and resolving incidents through ServiceNow using ITIL incident management best practices. I manage Active Directory accounts for provisioning, permissions changes, and deprovisioning, administer Microsoft Intune and endpoint security policies, and support M365 environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) while troubleshooting MFA, mobile device enrollment, and collaboration issues. I also authored and maintained IT knowledge articles and security documentation to reduce recurring incidents and improve first-call resolution.

Earlier, I led enterprise-wide Windows 11 deployment across local and remote sites, coordinated hardware lifecycle management and compliant disposal, and strengthened endpoint security through global Group Policy configurations. I designed backup and disaster recovery strategies for mission-critical systems and validated hardware compliance to minimize operational disruption—values I bring to my goal of delivering exceptional 24/7 support for MNIT’s Enterprise Service Desk mission.
