At Rasad, I’m architecting a real estate intelligence platform and delivering automated data feeds for PropTech firms, developers, and investment analysts across the GCC. The feeds provide property inventory trends, historical absorption rates, and price-movement metrics for feasibility analysis.
I built extraction systems for five major property portals, using private search APIs and a parser for Next.js streaming responses. These systems reduced extraction latency by over 80%.
At Rasad, I designed a two-stage ETL pipeline with SCD Type 4 history tracking, and Python automations that use OpenAI and Anthropic APIs to enrich property data. I also deployed transformed records to Supabase for client access and semantic search.
From 2020 to 2023, I delivered web scraping and lead-generation systems for independent GCC client contracts, extracting more than 100,000 records from Saudi government directories. Earlier, I developed Python automation tools, SQL and SQLite databases, and React dashboards for regional commercial businesses.
