At Nagarro Enterprises Ltd, I design and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence Cloud solutions for enterprise client teams. I turn requirements into configurations, automations and dashboards, and set standards that keep projects consistent.
I built two-way Jira integrations with ServiceNow, Freshworks and Aha using REST APIs and Workato recipes. I also developed Forge apps, including an agent availability app that routes requests to free agents, and built Rovo agents.
At SHL, I administered Jira and Confluence for more than 15,000 users as part of a four-person Atlassian team. I upgraded Jira from 7.2 to 7.12 and then to 8.x, and moved and merged Atlassian tools from Windows to Linux and to Atlassian Cloud.
Across these roles, I’ve worked on ITSM workflows, security and access, and CI/CD pipelines. I document standards in Confluence, run training sessions, and guide teams on Atlassian best practices.
