I'm looking to lead service delivery, managed services, project execution, vendor partnerships, and operational improvement initiatives that strengthen customer outcomes and business growth.

I've led ATM service delivery and managed-services operations across North India for NCR Atleos, NCR Corporation, and Fidelity National Information Services. I currently manage delivery for 7,000 ATMs across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, and Chandigarh, plus 1,500 ATMaaS machines generating 100 crore in revenue.

Over 23 years, I've delivered more than 100 projects, built managed-services operations from scratch, established PMO processes, and led teams of 40+ support engineers. I'm PMP certified and focused on SLA performance, vendor management, service transitions, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
