At Fair Isaac and Company (FICO), I handle complex production issues across LiquidCredit, DMP, MyFICO and Fulfillment. I coordinate L3 investigations across application and infrastructure teams, lead P1/P2 incident bridges, and use monitoring and log analysis to support root-cause investigations.
I also prepare incident and RCA documentation, coordinate changes and deployments, and troubleshoot API, authentication, access and data-processing issues. Earlier, at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I supported incident and change management, cloud streaming services, and application monitoring for Williams-Sonoma, Comcast and Philips.
