At PeyzBank, I co-founded and led a regulated digital payments bank from concept to commercial launch in Brazil. I built its platform and partner ecosystem, raised $1M in angel investment, and developed the financial model that shaped pricing and loyalty rewards.
At PPRO, I led delivery of the API and merchant portal behind Mastercard Pay by Bank for Amazon. The platform was delivered within budget and ahead of the original deadline, coordinating teams across Amazon, Mastercard and PPRO.
At Emirates NBD, I co-authored the wholesale banking Digital Transformation Strategy and led delivery across an investment portfolio above $80M. I also built executive KPI scorecards and restructured part of the delivery organisation, increasing output by 22% while cutting headcount by 30%.
At Careem Networks (an Uber company), I led the customer domain across eight squads and more than 100 people, setting the strategy and roadmap for a multi-market mobility and payments platform. Earlier, I delivered digital and operational transformation at The Co-operative Group, TalkTalk, RasGas (ExxonMobil and Qatar Energy JV), Accenture, TomTom and Viglen. I'm based in the UAE and fluent in English.
