I'm looking for a customer experience, brand, or operations role where I can improve service quality, manage customer relationships, support brand reputation, collaborate across teams, and contribute practical feedback for continuous improvement.

At Threadbare, I supported a UK fashion retail brand across email, Shopify contact forms, social messages, and review platforms. I managed order tracking, delivery updates, refunds, returns, faulty-item cases, and WISMO enquiries.

I helped protect brand reputation through thoughtful, policy-aligned Trustpilot responses and clear British English communication. I also investigated delivery disputes, maintained GDPR-compliant case notes, and mentored colleagues to improve response quality.
